These do require a well tuned printer and slicer settings, too much fill will cause fit issues, but nothing a little filling won't fix. These clips, and panels are designed as parts of an entire enclosure kit for the Lulzbot Mini 3D Printer. The should also fit on the metal chasis of the Lulzbot Mini, with a smooth sliding action, and stay secure against vibrations.How I Designed ThisDesigned in Inkscape (to refined the profiles (dxfs) and OpenSCAD to extrude the profile into the combined hollow object. It used the newest OFFSET feature in OpenSCAD to scale the profile by a specific amount (wall thickness). This works well to make a uniform wall thickness, hollow printable part, that the slicer will handle well.
