SummaryPrintable, Strong, Hollow clip for attaching 3mm Acrylic panels (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:994992 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:756211 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:756173) These clips are a good replacement for the lasercut acrylic clips (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:756173) Same profile, but tweaked for a better fit when printed, and modified (see cross-section view) to provide good strength, and flexibility, with minimal material, and good strength. These do require a well tuned printer and slicer settings, too much fill will cause fit issues, but nothing a little filling won't fix.

The should also fit on the metal chasis of the Lulzbot Mini, with a smooth sliding action, and stay secure against vibrations.How I Designed ThisDesigned in Inkscape (to refined the profiles (dxfs) and OpenSCAD to extrude the profile into the combined hollow object. It used the newest OFFSET feature in OpenSCAD to scale the profile by a specific amount (wall thickness). This works well to make a uniform wall thickness, hollow printable part, that the slicer will handle well.
