This thing is a cover plate combination. It has one toggle switch open, and a Duplex electrical plug opening.

In general, you can use the OpenScad to configure just about any combination of sockets and switches to suit your needs.

UPDATE:
Spacing on the outlet sockets was slightly off

1) Print one of these
2) Mount it on the wall outlet that matches
3) Rejoice!

You may need to change the spacing and sizing parameters slightly to suit your specific printer's tolerances, but the numbers are pretty much to spec.
