I made this simple but effective stand because I couldn't find one on Thingiverse that supports tablets at more than one angle. This stand will hold an ipad or other tablet with or without a case (up to 1/3 inch thick), in the vertical or horizontal position at either ~38 or ~68 degrees from the horizontal.

If someone has any tips or suggestion to improve this design please let me know...

The cross section piece is slightly large to allow for a tight fit. Some filing and or sanding may be needed to make the pieces fit. I was able to get a good fit within a few minutes using a hand file.

There is now a new version with holes to save plastic and weight. I have not tested it!
All parts ending in "lite" are from the new version.

If your printer can print multiple parts at a time use_Ipad_Stand.stl or Ipad_Stand_lite.stl

Otherwise you'll need to print Ipad_Stand_Cross_lite.stl and two of Ipad_Stand_Side_lite.stl
There's also a wider cross piece called Ipad_Stand_Cross_wide+lite.stl

I made it because I think that the first stand was a bit narrow.
