Her basic steps were: Step 1: Sand any rough spots Step 2: Prime with White Plastic Primer Step 3: Paint with Matte Black Spray Paint Step 4: Mask off everything but the blades using tape or playdoh Step 5: Paint Red on the blades Step 6: Assemble and enjoy!
