I created a layered batman face in two pieces that slide together into a single object. You have to slide them in a certain way for them to end up aligned so don't be discouraged if they don't immediately end up aligned correctly. You can see them partially together in the photo to give a hint as to how they slide together. Be careful because the pointed ears are pretty pointy/sharp.
I provided 'painted' 3mf project files if you want to use a CFS/AMS to print it in full color. Those with "B a m b u" printers can import the 3mf profiles also to get the painted parts from the projects.
The idea to slice models into layers was inspired by PipeCox's Quantum Mask. I used fusion 360 to create a template that I can use to create them. The face was cut from Timberlake Creations's 'Batman Bust Waist Up - Bruce Wayne, Dark Knight' that is on 'M a k e r w o r l d'. Thanks to PipeCox for the idea and eastman for the face model.
Printing Notes:
You need good layer adhesion. The support in the model is meant to help with that a little as well as provide support for the arch so that tolerances are correct. Cleaned epoxy plates and Textured PEI plates seem to hold down well as long as the beds are clean of other material. Highly suggest cleaning the bed well before attempting.
