KKM feeder with Filament Runout Sensor and ECAS04 fitting

Just split, orient and arrange kkm-frs-for-print.stp

Made for gears with a 4 mm bearing hole. You will definitely need MR84ZZ - 2-4 pcs., possibly MR63ZZ - 1 pc. (for reduction gear) and for transition from 3 mm to 4 mm 684ZZ - 3 pcs.

The feeder has been tested in operation with CFS-C (changes needed in printer.cfg).
