I created a rainproof component box to store the buggy's battery and key electronic components. My original design intention was to install the standard hard-shell LiPo battery and lighter electronic devices on either side of the vehicle body, so that the battery and servo motors could be aligned with the chassis, keeping the center of gravity as close to the center of the vehicle body as possible and effectively reducing the degree of tilting during cornering.

Note: This battery assembly
It is not suitable for those adopting torsion bar suspension systems.
Sand Scorcher or Rough Rider frames.
In order to flexibly adjust the shock absorbers according to the driving conditions, I have removed the torsion bar device of the rear suspension and replaced it with adjustable shock absorbers to adapt to various terrains.
The raised top is specifically designed to accommodate the battery plug, ensuring that the upper cover can be tightly closed and securely sealed. I have deliberately designed a removable dome cover, so that it can be replaced with a customized dome in the future to more securely fix electronic devices such as car lights. It is recommended to use contact glue
I hope you'll like this design! Feel free to adjust and optimize it according to your own needs.
