Gag gift cap-cover for a mini-baley's. Additional hardware required: coil spring 9.5mm D x 16mm (compresses down to ~7mm).
Instructions:
Grip firmly with the "spoon" (handle) pressed firmly against the bottle.
Pull pin.
With the handle front of the cover pointed away from you (pin side toward you), release the spoon.
