Summary
This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3376161, great design but my printer was too small to print the two long parts. I redesigned it so no support is needed and it's in 3 parts, they should all fit together nicely, maybe a bit sanding depending on your printer and filament used. I added the "break away" brick on the tip to give stability when printing the long rod. It's pretty strong from testing it with my hands, should withstand the "deed". I glued all my parts with epoxy and sprayed a couple of coats of Varathane to seal if you plan on reusing it as PLA is porous.
I haven't had a chance to test it out, if you do, let me know how it works!

Notes:
At .25 resolution, the "spikes" comes out a bit jaggety, I just sanded it down to smooth it. If you don't want to sand it, use .15 or .2 for better edges but it'll take longer to print entire project.
