I printed everything solid for strength and harmonics. These speakers sound awesome! I used the following hardware:

I just pre-drilled my screw holes to depth with a 1/16" bit, and used 3/4" drywall screws to fasten the speakers and grills, then used some random black screws for the back covers.The spacer goes between the grill and the speaker at each screw hole. (Print 4 spacers per speaker grille.)
