My window has a channel balance that presses against a sash guide fastened to the sash. My sash guide broke. The one I have is known as a "stepped sash guide, Alpine"

It takes two of these on opposite sides of the sash. One of mine broke, but I printed two and replaced them both. Time will tell if the 3D part is strong enough to hold up the sash. So far, so good.

The original sash guides appear to have been nylon. One of them broke. This part needs to be as strong as a 3D printer can print. I chose Prusament PC Blend.

The STL file includes supporting tabs (i.e. "supports") but the slicer should not be configured to add more supports.

I used a caliper to measure the existing good sash guide.

Note that this STL has much more solid space than the original. The screw holes and mounting worked fine in my sash and window. Your mileage may vary.
