This bracket can set the printing platform at a certain inclination angle
Currently, we offer two specifications: 30° and 20°. Both angles can be used normally.
Among them, the 20° version is installed on the horizontal main support structure, aiming to effectively reduce the "island" problem and the burden on the support structure that may occur when SLA printers print long cantilever structures... From a technical perspective, both of these brackets can be adapted to any type of SLA or FDM printer for printing.
I usually print and use them directly as shown in the diagram, but if combined with suitable support structures, these brackets can actually be made in other orientations. When using PLA printing, I usually add support structures because long bridge structures are prone to sagging and deformation.
In order to balance rigidity and lightness, I chose PLA material to make the bracket, with a fill rate of 15%, and set up 5-6 support points, which not only ensured the strength of the bracket but also made it lighter in weight.
At present, the supports printed by SLA still use the solid printing mode... Although their rigidity is slightly inferior to that of PLA, their performance has fully met the needs of daily use.
