Replacement for worn out soft face hammer tips.

The diameter is 1", length ¾".  Designed for M8 bolts, 12mm long.

In order to prevent corrosion, it's always a good idea to put some sort of silicone or plumbing tape inside, then tighten them very well.

Printing

1. Have the bolt ready.
2. Enable supports (build plate only).
3. Place a pause mid-print, right before the bolt's chamber is sealed off.
4. Start printing.
5. When paused, insert the bolt into the slot, then continue printing to “trap” it inside.

Can be made with whatever filament your heart desires, but probably use 100% infill.
