Summary
Case for esp32 driven E-PaperDisplay. what to show on the display is irrelevant, I created a system of digital post-its connected to the PC to send the strings to show.
Dimensions are suitable for a waveshare 4.2" EPD
The rear case can be used for maintenance in my case to manage the SD card in case it gets damaged, but if it glues easily being attached by two pegs.
In the back plate I also made a space for an NFC tag to insert information of any kind such as the serial number or device information.

Notes:
-
the external shell is best printed with the screen face down with standard ZIG-ZAG supports.
-
In the f3d project, however, there is also the option of having 4 pegs to hold the board still. to ensure that the pegs come out well, I recommend printing with TREE SUPPORTS and using a RAFT to keep the branches of the supports firm as they are very thin. If you want to simplify the printing you can do it without pegs and then fix the board with hot glue so that it does not move when the cable is connected/disconnected
- Front and back plate without supports and be careful to print the front panel facing down so as to take the finish of the plate (smooth or textured).
