Summary
I'm a happy user of @Stephenlofgren's TYWE3S jig.
Since the carrier board dimensions for the CB3S are identical, I thought I could get away with using it to flash OpenBK onto a Xenon SM-SO301U power strip. After a lot of fiddling and frustration I realized that the RF shield on the CB3S is narrower and the TYWE3S jig wasn't lining up on the pins.
I don't really know how to use FreeCAD (I'm a CadQuery user) very well but after some exploring @Stephenlofgren's params table I managed to:
- change chipx from 13.50mm to 11.80mm;
- change pinrowwidth from 15.00mm to 15.40mm;
- [this also changes the bracketx dimension]; and
- export an STL file.
This gives a snug fit on the chip. It's still a bit fiddly, it can take a try or two to get it in the right place, but it worked for two separate power strips.

I use the "1.0mm" bit from this set, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C46BPQ53, to clear the holes, reaming them out until I can push the pin in with fingernails and/or a needle driver. The bit measures something like 0.85mm.
I printed the jig on a Prusa Mini using Prusament PETG filament using the included G-code file.
