I did run into a bug when slicing this. I made it  with ABS and used a brim in the Prusa slicer. When the brim is added it seems to alot for an inner brim and prints the supports in that area where there is no first layer. Until the bug is fixed, use both an inner and outer brim and you should be good to go.
