I made this to use with my HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) as I could not find what I needed...I'm using this in a basement room where the wall is only on one side so I wanted an extra hole to pull from the room it is in... so two different versions: one with the hole, one without. I printed this with the grill face down initially, but later thought it should have been printed with the tapered top on the print plate, so the round "tube" would be facing up for a better finish. This came out nice. I used pla and this was meant for a return grill, not a heat supply vent. Standard print setting should be fine here with build plate supports. vent is roughly 6x4 inches (157x101mm)
