After I printed the Butterfly Cabinet Knob by  MaraculousBuilds, there was too much space between the wings for it to look good, so then I took the idea at remade it with a silhouette of a butterfly and moved the screw hole, 28 mm from the middle edge. 
 

PRINTING

The sides are the same so you just need to mirror the part along the x-axis, in your slicer. 
the print is “print in place” and needs no support or brim. 

The hole is made for a 4 mm screw.
