This design can be adapted to panels with a thickness of between 18 mm and 50 mm
Updated on September 1, 2022: I've added a new file for the machine body structure, which allows bearings to be installed at both the top and bottom. In the previous version, the drill would continuously wear away at the plastic base material when drilling at the bottom, but the new bottom bearing design effectively prevents this problem, ensuring that the drilling path is as straight as possible.
When printing, you need to make one fuselage, two side panels, and two support arms.
Required materials:
2 pieces of 608 bearings
2 pieces of 20 mm M4 bolts
4 pieces of 40 mm M4 bolts
6 M4 nylon lock nuts
Printing parameters:
Using PLA filament, with a layer height of 0.32 mm, a wall thickness of 3 layers, a fill density of 20%, and enabling the support structure.
