If you use the deburring tool noted, you probably have the spare blades separated from the tool. 

I found that to be the best way to lose the spares. 

SO

 I designed a simple case to keep them together.

 It can hold 16 blades and the tool. 

The lid slide is beveled for easy printing without supports. 

A detent catch locks the lid too.
