Abstract
This cable organizer completely eliminates the hassle of Velcro, zip ties, and tangled cables, making cable storage neat and organized. You can fix it directly to the wall or the bottom of the desk, which is both convenient and secure to install.
There is no need to use a support structure during printing, and all components can be directly molded "in place". When closed, the door panel will automatically snap into place, ensuring that the cable is securely fixed and will not easily slip off.
There is a partition groove in the middle, which makes it convenient for you to properly separate different cables and avoid them from getting tangled with each other.
The recommended screw specifications are: 4.2×16mm countersunk wood screws; M5 countersunk screws or other similar specifications are also applicable.
In addition, we have also introduced a vertical stacking design solution. If you're interested, you might want to give it a try. In theory, this design can shorten some printing time by reducing the number of movements between components, but the actual time saved in printing seems to be negligible. However, the bottom surface of the upper components is not very aesthetically pleasing and needs further optimization.
