This is know that will fit a lever switch that has a flat tang. I made it for a tang that is 0.19"x0.05". The original know has a metal tension mechanism to hold the know on the tang. I made is using a small bump on the inside to create the holding tension.

The model's slot is dimension is 0.215x0.055 to allow a good fit based on my printer. Since printers can vary, I have included the model I drew in Fusion360. All of the dimensions are parameterized, just go into “Modify Parameters” and change the numbers to meet your needs.
