T-Nuts

I was approached by a local fire department to make mounts for small fire truck equipment.
I modeled T-nuts, with a thread, which are screwed to the washer using an Allen screw.

I printed the washers for durability from ASA material. The tensile strength was also tested both statically and dynamically. The nut withstood a weight of 2kg, which is more than enough for the given application.
