There wasn't a PolyFlex TPU profile in PrusaSlicer so I decided to do a little bit of tuning and arrived with this. Please note that I use a DiamondBack nozzle so you may need to run a temperature tower to find which temp works best with your setup.

This profile got me printing decent results. There's still some stringing and issues with overhangs, but overall I'm happy with the results.

And sorry for the subpar pictures, I had a hard time getting my phone to focus on the benchy.
