Summary
140mm table top fan...
Use it as a fume extractor when soldering, but also deliver a nice cool breeze when turned around...
Used the following:
140mm fan, any brand.
8 pcs Ø4mm buttonhead screws
Old powersupply (I used an old laptop charger).
Small PWM controller (optional! You can use a small 6mm togle switch or nothing!).
1 cable tie (for attaching the PSU to the bottom).
Your favorite printer and filament!
Optional: Tap for threading the stands, Ø4mm metric. Not mandatory, but nice. I didn´t use it on the prototype.
Enjoy!

Notes:
I used a hacked internal laptop charger as PSU.
Take the needed precautions when working with 115/230V AC.
Any PSU will do, as long as the voltage matches your fan.
Any fan can be used. I had a new Fractal Design silent in the drawer...
The PWM regulator is optional... Nice to be abe to regulate the flow, but not mandatory.
A simple switch will do, or just the power adapter.
Enjoy!
