This is a very quick and dirty solution for a missing SIM tray for a Blackberry KeyONE smartphone.
Made in TinkerCAD, based on a photo of the SIM tray.
Notes:
- Work in progress, I may improve it in the future, this was created so I could use my SIM card before a replacement arrives
- May require a bit of trimming on the sides to make it fit
- It is VERY thin so it's best to use a smaller nozzle
- Some tape may be required to hold the SIM and SD card in from the top
- The SIM eject mechanism may not be 100% reliable, some prying with a pair of small tweezers may be required
- The included “simtray_under_rails.stl” file may not be necessary, I use mine without it, as gluing it is bothersome and printing the two parts together may be hard for some printers
Recommended print settings:
- Layer height: 0.16-0.2mm
- Layer width: 0.2-0.4mm
- Bed adhesion: None
My poor Ender 3 v2 with a 0.4mm nozzle could barely make it work. I'll attach pictures later.
