I designed this model in SolidWorks (Connected Maker 2025 SP4.0) to solve a dropped small item problem when using my Festool MFT. The plug has a gentle press fit in a 20mm dog hole after using the UJK Chamfer/Reamer tool. Requires only light upward pressure from underneath to remove them. I printed mine in PETG on a Core One, smooth PEI sheet using the 0.15mm balanced profile with gyroid infill. A batch of 16 requires 2.5 hours of print time in normal mode and uses 43 grams of filament.
