Summary

This was designed to fit perfectly on the Tesla Aluminum MOLLE panels for the CyberTruck. The holes are a very good fit for M4 brass threaded inserts. I used a soldering iron tip specifically for inserting these but a regular tip should do the trick. The original design had 5 holes but you can simply rotate the backer for the same utility with fewer parts and cost. I've added a blank backer so you can either edit the mesh for a hole anywhere you want or print at 100% and drill a hole wherever you need.
