I need a better way to have my IR sensor attached to my PI, other than loose wires.

The sensors used are the cheap ones on Ebay (picture included) but they do not attach like the guides show. These sensors require the 5v not the 3.3v which worked out good because all the pins needed are on one side.

Assembly is easy.

1. pop the sensor in the hole.
2. shove the leads into the channels
3. glue back on.
4. cram the case on to the gpio on the correct side.

I printed this in nylon so I need a brim but any filament should work just fine.

You need to rotate it so it lays flat, idk why fusion put it this way.
