Mounts a BIQU Microprobe to E34M1 using any UHF-length + single 5015 fan setup. There are a couple other options out there but I don't like the probe being right up in the front.

If you're using a non-UHF setup then this will be too long. Unfortunately I'm too lazy to modify it for that since I'm only using it with a UHF setup. I've included the STEP file tho.

Mounts to the left-side mounting points of the E34M1 front piece and secures by attaching to the unused bolt hole of the 5015 fan.

Supports mounting the microprobe with M2 or M2.5 hardware.

If you're using the lightweight gantry and SCS/auxiliary fans:

I've included a modified X Endstop to add 8mm clearance. This will (obviously) remove 8mm from your -X travel. My X now homes at around X-2.

BoM:

• (2x) M3x12mm bolts (mount to E34M1 front)
• (1x) M3x20mm bolt (5015 fan to mount)
• (2x) M2x8mm bolts OR M2.5x8mm bolts (microprobe to mount)
• (1x) M3 3x5x4mm Heat Set Insert (Voron sizing)
• (2x) M2 2x4x3.5mm Heat Set Insert OR M2.5 2.5x3.5x4mm Heat Set Insert (length doesn't matter)

Install the M2/M2.5 inserts from the bottom. The probe faces towards the carriage, with the wire connector facing out. There is a small zip tie point next to the fan.

OFFSETS:

X OFFSET: -34.00mm

Y OFFSET: 29.00mm

Z OFFSET: Calibrate it yourself, but 0.5mm can be a good starting point.

This mount is very rigid. Has the best repeatability I've ever gotten with a contact probe. Will continue to use 👍
