Summary
This is a project I did for the Department of Engineering at Colorado State University-Pueblo. I developed all the 3d printed files except for the Cellular lamp shade. As noted this is a work in progress, other versions of the lamp will be available soon.
The Department of Engineering at Colorado State University-Pueblo, IEEE workshop is a student taught workshop which will provide interested students a more in-depth processes of a product development from conceptual design to finished product. The product is a 3d Printed smart lamp which utilizes the CY8CKIT-42xx PSoC 4 Prototyping Kits. The micro controller is programmed to utilize the cap sense technology of the controller to cycle through different led functions including dimming, color change and pattern changes. Currently this is a work in progress and will soon have more information available including the code attachments.
Instructions
The File: "Lamp Ring" insert is a standard size ring which fits snuggly in to the ring on the "Lamp Lid with NeoPixels" upon which modifications and custom made lampshades can be built upon.
The lamp and lamp base components are printed with PLA at .2mm layer thickness standard Makerware settings.
Temp: 230 deg C
Infill:10%
NO supports are needed for a clean print
