The flower pot has 5 holes for roots to reach down in a tray of water and I have 4 small spacers in the model as well to put some space between the bottom of your water tray and the flower pot. 

The stl file was the one I made in cad software, I scaled it down a lot to make it small enough for my ender 3. I used PETG at 240C nozzle temp and bed at 70C. I had a some trouble getting the first layer down because all the edges like to pull up the brim so I slowed the print down to 30mm per second on the first layer. I also had a lot of stringing, way more than I ever get so I think all the small sharp turns on the first layers make that happen. 

I used a hot glue gun and glued the 4 posts to the 4 cut outs I made on the bottom of the flower pot.
