This is a case for a Raspberry Pi Zero 2w and a 3.5" touchscreen by Waveshare (link). The main design goal was to securely hold the screen against the front of the case (no bouncing when touching the screen) and to avoid visible screws on the front. The original design is available in OnShape.
There are three parts to the enclosure: the front, a bar that secures the screen, and the back. Assembling the enclosure will require two M2.5 screws that are 4 or 5mm in length. The offsets on the screen accept M2.5 screws and are only 4mm deep. Additionally, seven M3x6mm screws and seven M3x4x5 heated nut inserts are required. Three of these hold the screen bar to the front and four of them hold the back to the front.
The parts are available in STL as well as STEP. They should be oriented correctly for printing. I used 15% infill and organic supports. The supports are mostly needed for the screw holes on the back. Also a bit for the span on the screen bar but depending your printer you might not need them there.
To route power to the pi, I used a micro-usb cable that has a 90 degree bend near the connector. I saw cables with this connection going in either direction, but to match the hole in the enclosure the direction is important. I used a cable from this set at amazon.
