Filament Guide #9, inspired by the MK4 filament guide but adapted to a frame mounted for use with other filament holders.
I use the filament roller by @Rokkdaddy here but wanted a filament guide with a lower profile that also made use of the PTFE tubing provided by the MK4 kit.
I took inspiration from the MK4 filament guide but redesigned the PTFE tube clamp from scratch to print-in-place on it's side, which now bears a great resemblance to the number 9 hence the name.
The center of the PTFE tube is aligned with the nextruder's filament input so as to feed the filament with as little interference as possible. The break angle of the guide's through-hole is designed to provide smooth feed from filament rolls that are new or almost empty all the same if you're using the same or similar rollers as I am to hold the spool.
Prints on its side without much difficulty, as it's designed to print in place, w/o supports.
I printed mine on a 0.6mm nozzle at .25mm layer height, so you shouldn't need any special settings.
