I had a spring clamp (similar models available at Jeff's online store) where the pad had broken years earlier.

This quick print is an almost perfect match especially when printed in Prusa orange.  The original is on the left (textured face) in the picture, the print is on the right (smooth face).

I used PLA with default settings (15% infill, 0.2mm layer height with 0.4mm nozzle).
