Someone came to me and told me she had trouble picking up paperclips, needles and small stuf like that (mainly because of her false nails). So i made her a little rod out of plastic with a magnet at the end. 

She is so happy with it. Who knows you might be too. 

It holds a small magnet with a diameter of 5mm and 5mm height. Just use a bit of superglue to glue it in.
