This is a wall cover for a 1 1/4" water pipe going through a 68mm hole (made by a hole drill for electrical boxes).
It is a robust construction for outside walls, optionally some foam type could be used for sealing.
The pipe is used for a GPS base station. The construction through the wall avoids to block roof area for solar panels.

• Infill: Based on mechanical stress (100% recommended)
• Support: yes, needed at least for bottom part
