I wanted to make a bunch of pinwheels as a kids craft.  I didn't want to use an actual push pin for the pinwheel hub, and I didn't want to print the entire pinwheel.  I wasn't able to find what I wanted so I designed it myself!  The hub is designed to fit over a roughly 3/16in dowel or barbecue skewer.  The wheel is made from a square of craft paper.  You can look at tutorials for folding the wheel that should apply to this version.  Happy crafting!
