This is a tool for feeding wire onto a rod/mandrel -drill power or hand crank- to make long coils to that are then cut apart to make jump rings.  Mandrel goes into big hole wire into whichever small hole fits best.

wire holes: 0.125"     0.09"    0.06"

I would advise printed the wire hole block with extra walls if not solid.  My test print only had 3 and started to melt at full drill speed.
