A parametric spinning top, with adjustable angle, adjustable height, and a common screw handle.

This design exposes two parameters, SPINNING_TOP_ANGLE and SPINNING_TOP_HEIGHT, which specify the angle and height of the spinning top body, respectively. The tip of the spinning top body is a fixed 1.5mm tall rounded tip. The spinning top body has a M6 thread that accepts the screw handle.
