These are wedgies for setting the angles on a saw. The scad file is fully customizable: you can select any number of slices to make a circle; engrave your initials on them; change their sizes to better fit your jigs.  

Wedgies make a great gift for a woodworker who owns a lathe.  If you are printing as a gift, I suggest a set of the four included sizes:  8, 10, 12, and 16.  These seem to be common amongst my woodworking friends.

Slicing hints

I used an 0.20 "strength" profile, with 6 perimeter walls, 3 bottom layers, and 5 top layers.  I set the infill to 25% adapative cubic for faster printing and good strength.  The first set was printed with ASA and 40% infill, and they are extremely strong.  The second set was printed with PLA and 25% adaptive cubic infill, they seem plenty strong and I expect to last for quite a while.

Features

I wanted to give my woodworking friends the ultimate set of wegies.  I wanted the tools to have rounded corners that would not go crooked with a little sawdust trapped beneath them, and would not be needlessly sharp on their fingers. I wanted them to be easy to see and to grab, and that would be robust enough to survive in a wood shop.  They're double sided so that they don't have to be flipped.  My friends asked for features like a center alignment line, and the ability to put their initials on them.   They can be customized in inches or metric units.  And they are as accurate as trigonometry and 3D printing can make them.
