This is a model I made for multiple BTF 16x16 led arrays. It uses WLED to control all the panels. I am using a BTF 50w 12v power brick. 

You will need to configure the 2D led array properly which may take some adjusting until you get them right.

The LED panel fits under the grid with the notches over the caps all over the board. The diffusers are just 160x160x.4 boxes. That all fits into the case. The locks should fit directly into the notches on the case. The back cases have pins that fit into the front cases and also use locks. When they are all together it's fairly solid.
