I have a MiSTer FPGA and an iPad CRT. They both use different voltages to run(5V and 12V). I have a small amount of plugs at my desk and I absolutely loathe wall wart powers supplies. 

I stumbled upon the MeanWell RD-50A. It provides both 5V@6A and 12V@2A which are both more than enough for my MiSTer setup. 

I use a fused snap-in style IEC socket and 4-pin aviation connectors for the power output. It goes to the two different plugs needed for the MiSTer and the iPad CRT. Since they use two different plug styles it is easy to keep from getting them mixed up. 

I intentionally did not model a hole for the aviation connector as I wanted to drill it myself since I was juggling various options for that connector. I prefer to just drill a hole as needed for that particular item.

This was made as a solution to a very specific problem I had and also my specific situation. I cannot imagine any one else desiring to use something like this but I am sharing it on the off chance someone wants it.
