The only hardware you need is a set of four 608 bearings. 

Assembly is easy! 

Install bearings on the four posts of Part A,  

Next you put Part B on top,

Lastly, push the Cross Brace into the bottom of set.

(Optional) Put foam or double-sided tape on the bottom to keep the spool right where you want it to stay.
