Although I printed it using PLA and it seems to be strong enough I recommend to use Polycarbonate instead as this material has better tensile strength property and therefore will last longer in severe environment.

Use minimum 0.15 mm @ Quality Mode  with no less than 30% Infill/

Print perpendicular with the threads up, and use Brim.

No Support is required.
