This is inspired by Infantryman's Offset Minda Mount.  It was recreated from Prusa's R4 Minda Mount.  This one has the hole for the Minda centered within the clamp.  The Minda has been moved 3mm toward the front of the printer to compensate for the offset created by using an offset Z Bottom with an E3D V6 mount.
