Summary

Holds a turbine. The main axle will be 5mm carbon fibre rod. The vertical shaft is a piece of an old fishing rod. Hollow, so a rpm counter can go through it up to the horizontal shaft.

The block in the support piece will hold a circuit board, which holds four stacked rotary encoders.

The bearing holder at the bottom is separate, so everything can be fit inside.

Also tells direction, using 4 bit shaft encoder.
