Replacement head for generic ratchet-clamp. The original clamp was purchased at Harbor Freight and the brand long-forgotten. As most of these generic clamps have similar features and dimensions however, hopefully this part can benefit others too.

Models

Both STL and STEP models are identical, use whichever you prefer.

Printing

Obviously, strength is critical. I printed this in ABS with 12 outside, 8 top, and 8 bottom walls at 0.2mm layer height and a 30% rectilinear fill—no deformation at max clamp strength. Per layer tests others have done, 0.16mm layers are a bit stronger but anything >0.20mm shows a drop-off in strength, so stick with either 0.2mm or 0.16mm for best results.

Print upright (pad face down) and paint support (tree is fine) under the arch section. Outer brim if initial layers have issues.
