Training Cones – Low & High
🧩 Description
Two print-optimized training cones for football/soccer drills, agility work and marker courses:
LOW – wide, stable footprint; prints upright without supports; easy to stack.
HIGH – tall visual marker; supplied as two parts with a snap-fit joint (glue optional) for clean, support-free printing.
Both cones are open-top and designed to stack neatly. Surfaces show a clean 3D-printed texture.
🖨️ Printing Orientation & Tips
LOW cone
Print base-down (upright) – drafted walls enable support-free printing on common FFF printers.
Brim optional (use only if adhesion is weak).
HIGH cone
Print in two parts (upper + lower), both base-down.
Supports not required in this split configuration.
After printing, snap together until the joint clicks; glue is optional for heavy use.
🛠️ Recommended Settings
Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for finer finish)
Walls / perimeters: 3–4
Infill: ≥ 20% (Gyroid) (increase to 30–40% if you want a heavier, more impact-resistant cone or plan to use it outdoors)
Top / Bottom: Bottom 4–6; top is open (stackable)
Supports: Not required in the provided orientations
Brim: Optional (for adhesion as needed)
Material: PETG (recommended) or other UV-resistant filament (e.g., ASA) for outdoor durability
Adhesion: PEI smooth or textured sheet with glue stick or another adhesion aid recommended
🧩 Assembly (HIGH cone)
Align the markers on the upper and lower parts.
Press firmly until the snap-fit engages all around the ring.
(Optional) Add a thin bead of CA glue inside the joint for permanent bonding.

These are sports markers only — not load-bearing or safety devices.
Use responsibly. For outdoor use, prefer UV-resistant materials and avoid prolonged heat exposure.
