Introducing the full-head pigeon mask helmet, a goofy design resembling a pigeon and designed to be printed almost entirely supportless + infill-free, to help save on filament.

As the model is, it will only fit a child's head as it maxes out my K1 build volume (220x220) with an ID of 192mm.

The unit is built on 3x 0.4 extrusion width walls to save time and filament, so is better suited to be printed in PETG for flexibility.

Print settings

• Head is tilted 7° back to allow the beak to print supportless. This is pre-oriented in the STL file.
• Normal auto supports - Snug (for the top of head, and eye holes) The rest should be supportless if oriented correctly. See below:

• 0.2 layer height, inner/outer wall order.
• Fuzzy skin - Contour, 0.4 point distance, 0.1 thickness. This will add a lot of time but has a better finish. Ignore if you plan on post-processing the print.
• PETG highly recomended.

Check eye-hole distance (holes above the beak flap) to make sure it works for you. Edit the STEP file if necessary.

Then just paint that bad boy and you're done.
